My Story  –  The Journey That Led Me Here

I’ve often wondered,” What is the purpose of my life?” Or perhaps more accurately, what is my purpose for this chapter of my life? If there’s one truth I’ve learned, it’s that everything unfolds in perfect timing. Each experience, each challenge, each unexpected turn arrives exactly when we are ready for it.

Years ago, I left the beautiful city of Prague, crossed an ocean, built a new life, married, and became a mother to two incredible daughters. My world transformed almost overnight, new language, new culture, new responsibilities, and a pace of life I didn’t yet understand. What I did understand was that my heart said go. So, I did.

Of course, life brought challenges, stress, exhaustion, and moments where I felt completely overwhelmed. My health began to reflect the stress I didn’t yet realize I was carrying. Without knowing it, I had slipped into survival mode.

Discovering Energy, Healing, and Myself

My healing journey began with Reiki. Back when few people even knew the word, I said yes to a class that changed everything. The calm, the balance, the gentle unravelling of tension, my nervous system finally had enough space to breathe.

With meditation as my daily anchor, my clarity returned. My choices became healthier. My body responded with gratitude. And I began to see that supporting my own energy allowed me to support everyone around me more lovingly.

Over time, I added Sound Wellness Healing and then Donna Eden Energy Medicine to my practice. Each modality deepened my understanding that everything is energy, and our bodies are always seeking balance when we give them the opportunity.

The Birth of Wellness. Balance. Harmony

I followed another intuitive nudge and opened Wellness•Balance•Harmony in the year 2021. I envisioned a sanctuary, a peaceful, nurturing space where body, mind, and spirit could soften, unwind, and return to wholeness. That vision has now grown far beyond what I ever imagined.

The Harmonic Egg® — A Turning Point

As I continued studying and expanding my skills — from Reiki, Sound Wellness and Donna Eden Energy Medicine — something extraordinary entered my life: the Harmonic Egg®. This technology changed everything.

Supporting clients inside the Egg, witnessing their shifts, and observing how deeply it impacted emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, opened a new doorway for me. My intuition strengthened. My ability to channel insights, for myself as well as for my clients, awakened to a whole new level. My sessions naturally evolved from energy work into 1:1 spiritual and transformational coaching.

Integrating this extraordinary technology into my practice elevated the results my clients were experiencing. And just as my clients expanded… so did I. The Harmonic Egg didn’t just support my work — it reshaped it.

As my coaching grew, I felt called to seek a transformational framework that was as impactful and reliable as the energetic work I was offering.

That calling led me to the Brave Thinking Institute™, where I became:

– A Certified Life Mastery Consultant®

This proven, repeatable, highly effective system of transformation allowed me to guide clients not only energetically, but mentally, emotionally, and practically into the life they truly desire. Combining transformational coaching with the energetic support of the Harmonic Egg® created a powerful pathway for lasting change.

A Journey I Live Myself

I don’t just teach these principles, I live them. Applying this work in my own life continues to bring clarity, expansion, and opportunities I once only dreamed of. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful and life-changing this integration can be.

Where I Am Today

Today, Wellness•Balance•Harmony is a sanctuary where energy medicine, transformational coaching, spiritual guidance and the Harmonic Egg® come together to help clients evolve into the highest, truest expression of who they are meant to be. I am honoured to walk beside every client who feels called to grow, heal, expand, and step boldly into a life they love and deserve.
