Resonant Chamber

I am a 67 year old woman with moderate arthritis in my lower back, legs and feet.  I went to Jana Princ to help relieve chronic inflammation and pain specifically in my hips and feet.  Jana treated me with a combination of Reiki and Sound Wellness.

Jana always takes the time to carefully listen to my concerns before treatment.  And she always wants feedback as to any I may have during treatment.

I found Jana to be both caring and concerned, she is friendly while maintaining a very positive and professional standard of service.  Her office is lovely and has a calm and relaxing atmosphere.  Jana has always treated me with loving care and her concern extends beyond the treatment period.  This is because of the person she is – she really does care.

Thank you so much Jana for the difference you make in the lives of your patients! Your kindness, sincere caring, and concern make everything better and are a great encouragement.

~ Pat,

I am so thankful for having the chance to meet Jana and being able to experience all that she has to offer. I became her client several months ago and I am still coming for her sessions, which I find to be extremely beneficial. She  helped me feel more relaxed and calm. I am grateful that Jana helped me find my voice and helped me see that I am enough. I am able to let go of repetitive thoughts and beliefs that don’t serve me anymore and slowly create new ones. Jana helped me to release my need to have everything under control so that I can feel liberated and free.

I love Jana’s ongoing support and her knowledge. She offers so much insight and always has kind and encouraging words for me and is able to answer my questions and explain things beautifully.”

~ Martina Doskocil,

For most of my life I have not felt well mentally, feeling depressed, exhausted and anxious. I tried to fix the situation with antidepressants but they did not work for me and I knew drugs were not the answer.

Jana was recommended to me by a friend and I am so grateful. After our first session my old wounds were starting to heal and I was leaving the session more relaxed and peaceful. I also felt more powerful with the knowledge that I can view my problems from another perspective and in that way, deal with them more effectively.

Through body work therapies, sound therapy, affirmations and by simply just talking to her, Jana helped me to understand that a happier life is within my power.  I thank the universe for bringing Jana into my life and most importantly, I thank Jana for her kindness, understanding and wisdom.

Hearing Jana talk about the healing power of natural sounds really resonated for me right from the start!  I began my work with her because I hoped she would be able to deepen my healing process in the areas of pain and insomnia from what I was told is, for me, caused by fibromyalgia.

Jana uses the Sound  Wellness process and the Reiki Healing System with me.  During the process she helps me release the emotions around my pain and insomnia.  I feel an amazing groundedness as well as a lightness in that releasing process.

Following our sessions  I take time to walk and meditate in a forested area, drink lots of water, and nap😊. In addition, Jana has provided me with my very own Perfect 5th which I listen to frequently to release any accumulated stress and help me find my poise again!

I encourage you to connect with Jana and experience her deep wisdom, intuitiveness, and truly loving heart!

I have known Jana for many years. Her passion for holistic wellness and her clients shows in the space she holds for you. It was my first experience with the Harmonic Egg. Jana explained everything in detail and we also chatted about my intention for the session. She then curated the session for the utmost healing. It was a beautiful experience. Jana truly has her clients’ best interest at heart. If you have never experienced the Harmonic Egg, now is the time. Enjoy the journey.

My experience with Jana and the Harmonic Egg at Wellness Balance Harmony has been truly transformative. From the moment I enter the sacred geometric chamber, I feel an incredible sense of calm and safety. The combination of sound, light, and vibrational frequency therapy guides me into deep relaxation, and I get to experience what feels like a “home-coming” for my soul-self.

This personal sense of reconnection brings profound serenity and deep healing that goes far beyond the physical. It feels as though my consciousness is not only lifted but brought to different heights and dimensions, offering me the clarity, healing and balance I need. Wellness Balance Harmony provides a sacred space for true self-reconnection and divine healing… I highly recommend it to anyone seeking overall health and wellness, inner peace and harmony.

~ Chantal M.,

I am Blessed to say I have been receiving Harmonic Egg treatments with Jana for one full year. Jana is an absolute gift. Her wisdom and compassion have offered the deepest support for my healing. I originally sought out the Harmonic Egg for physical healing and yet it offered mental, emotional and spiritual healing as well. It has helped to alleviate inflammation in my body, regulate my nervous system, achieve more positive mindset, grieve healthily, achieve homeostasis and bring awareness to patterns and belief systems that did not serve me.

I made complete changes towards the life I truly desire and attribute it to the consistent work with Jana and the Healing Frequencies of the Harmonic egg . The Harmonic Egg supports in any way that is needed and Jana’s strong intuition guides along the way . I never know what’s going to happen and love every session more than the last .

Thank you Jana and the Harmonic Egg for helping me transform my life.

~ Charlene M.,

I’ve been receiving sound and light therapy in the Harmonic Egg for over two years now, at least once a month, and it has become an important part of my well-being. Jana is incredibly kind, caring, and intuitive, and I always feel completely relaxed and at ease during our sessions. Before each session, she takes the time to talk through my intention. When I’m not quite sure what I need, she gently helps me find the focus that feels just right.

I’ve experienced meaningful benefits from my Harmonic Egg sessions, including:

• A calmer nervous system that stays regulated long after the session
• Support in processing and releasing emotions connected to past trauma
• Reduced pain
• A noticeable pattern of my intentions aligning and taking shape in my life more quickly and clearly

I’m truly grateful for the support these sessions—and Jana’s presence—have brought into my life.

~ Cindy,

I’ve been seeing Jana at Wellness Balance Harmony on a weekly basis for over two months, and the Harmonic Egg sessions have been incredible. I feel noticeably calmer, I’m sleeping better, and my overall stress levels have improved significantly after experiencing burnout.

Jana is very intuitive and truly tailors each session to support your overall well-being. I always leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and restored. I highly recommend Jana and the Harmonic Egg experience to anyone looking to reset their nervous system and find balance.
